You will need to provide several documents, including:
* Filled-in application form;
* Personal questionnaire;
* Scan of your Passport;
* Passport photo;
* School certificates proving your education level, for example:
-Ordinary Level Certificate – Original and legalized copy;
-Advanced Level Certificate – Original and legalized copy;
or other High school certificate for example:
-National Senior Certificate (NSC) – Original and legalized/apostilled copy),
-West African Senior School Certificate (WAEC),
-Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) etc. – all in Original and legalized copy;
* Statement of results. (This is only applicable if grades are not visible on the high school certificate) – Original and legalize copy;
* No objection letter or Eligibility statement (obtained from your high school. Must be stamped and signed by your school and stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)) – Original copy;
* Scan of Child Health Card. Ensure that your full name and 3 doses of HBV vaccine with dates are visible in a single image/scan. If you do not own or have lost your health card, you will be required to take the HBV vaccines after arrival. (You are required to submit the HBV vaccine proof at the Dean’s Office after each dose);
* Health Insurance. You must have health insurance that is valid immediately upon your arrival in Poland. (You need to submit your health insurance at the Dean’s Office after arrival);
* Proof of English language proficiency (not required if English is an official language in your country).
All school documents must be legalized or apostilled at the Polish Embassy in your home country and at the relevant Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ensure all required documents are properly stamped. Before submitting at the Dean’s Office.
Yes. All school certificates together with No objection letter are required to be translated by a sworn translator after arrival and then submitted to the Dean’s Office.

We do not arrange Embassy meetings directly. However, we are happy to assist with any necessary documentation required for your visa application process. If you have more questions on obtaining visa, contact us at admisson@powislanska.edu.pl

In such case, if you are unable to obtain a visa and therefore cannot attend the university, you will be eligible for either a refund or a deferral to the next intake. Please contact us for more details on how to proceed at admission@powislanski.edu.pl
For international transfer it usually takes 14 business days for the payment to be processed and reflected on our bank account. It all depends on what bank you use and if you pay in a different currency than Euro.
All fees for the study programme can be paid via direct bank transfer only.
It is mandatory to pay on time, so that the transfer is booked on the University account before the deadline.
Any delay of the payment will automatically result in charging additional late payment interest. To calculate the interest rate, you can go to your Virtual Dean’s Office’s Notice tab and search for Payment Guide.
All payments are required to be made in EURO currency only.
Paing in different currency will result in not sending the correct and full amount to the university’s bank account.

Immediately after your payment reflects on our account, we begin to issue your acceptance letter and so called ‘’Visa Pack’’ which contains letters to the Polish Embassy in two languages, Polish and English.
Powiślański University does not yet have its own dormitories, but we offer accommodation options through our partner locations indicated in your offer letter. As a university we don’t offer free medical care but can provide you with a list of English-speaking doctors, specialists, dentists etc. in an area of your accommodation.
In regards of studies taught in English language we offer bachelor’s degree in nursing, master’s degree in nursing, bachelor’s degree in economics, and English preparatory course.
Classes are divided into 4 main categories: lectures, exercise, self-study mode and practical training process (which includes two subcategories: Practical skill training and Professional practice, also called Internship).
Classess are conducted both in stationary mode and on-line via MS Teams platform, which a student have access to by using university e-mail address
Powiślański University offers many different practical forms of education, you will encounter during your studies, one of which are exercises, practical skill training and Internship programme.
