Registration

Register online on the WD registration platform

NOTE: If you do not have your PESEL number, mark “foreigner” below.

 

Fill in step by step (click for more)

 

1. Log in to your personal account using the login provided by email

2. Fill in your personal and contact information, such as address, ID card number, passport number, etc.
3.Fill in your educational data, such as the type of diploma that entitles you to study, the date of issue, the name of the school, etc.
4. Select and register for the major you would like to study.
5. Fill in other data and complete the recruitment.
6. Print out the documents in the recruitment printouts and downloads tabs.
7. Sign, scan and connect to the system under the recruitment documents tab.

STEP 2

Entry requirements applicable to You

The candidate submits the following documents:
1. a personal questionnaire (click for more)

generated from the ProAkademia applicant service system and signed – a document placed in the Virtual Dean’s Office (WD) in the form of a scan made from the original document saved in pdf format with the title: name and surname;

2. Documents in the case of Bachelor’s degree studies (click for more)

a legalized (recognized in Poland) secondary school certificate or another document obtained abroad, authorizing to apply for studies at any type of higher education institution in the country in whose system the institution issuing the certificate operates, with an apostille, translated into Polish by a sworn translator (a document uploaded in the WD in the form of a scan made of the original document saved in pdf format with the title: first name and surname) – in the case of studies of the second degree (master’s degree) – a legalized (recognized in Poland) diploma part A and B/suplement or another document obtained abroad, entitling to apply for admission to studies at universities of any type in the country in whose system operates the institution issuing the diploma with an apostille, translated into Polish by a sworn translator (document placed in the WD in the form of a scan made of the original document saved in pdf format bearing the title: first name and surname),

3. passport/visa for review – scan should be sent to admission@powislanska.edu.pl
4. a financial agreement generated from the system and signed(click for more)

5.Confirmation of English language of at least B2 level (applies to Bachelor’s and Master’s degree studies) (click for more)

Please submit the confirmation of the paid application fee to the Virtual Dean’s Office (WD) in the Enrollment Documents tab (click for more)

The application fee is 200 EUR In the title of the transfer, please indicate your name and the field of study for which you are submitting documents. STEP 3

Tuition fee

Foreigners qualified for study must pay tuition fees for the first year of study in accordance with the signed financial agreement. In the title of the transfer, please indicate your name and field of study.

STEP 4

 Confirmation on your enrolment

After completing the above steps, the candidate will receive a certificate of admission of a foreigner to the university.

STEP 5

 Apply for visa

It can take several weeks for your visa to be processed, therefore after receiving the Acceptance Letter you should make the arrangements for student’s visa as soon as possible in order to start the course promptly. After we note the payment from the student and the Financial Agreement will be attached to the WD, the candidate will receive the Letter of Acceptance as well as the Support Letter will be sent to the Embassy.
